I have developed proprietary methods using visual facilitation tools such as flip charts, sticky notes, image cards, colours, but also building bricks and more. I adopt a holistic approach, with various coaching tools and techniques aiming to inspire and help coachees to reflect and have their own breakthrough.
I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and DiSC Trainer.
Whilst having my roots in Asia, I have worked and been exposed to different cultures and multiple countries in the world, which helped me develop a strong awareness around the importance of cultural sensitivity.
As a coach, trainer and certified multicultural communication specialist, I endeavour to weave in the multicultural elements into my people development programs. By doing so, I aspire to help people in a global workplace understand each other better, ease tensions, lift communications barriers and build a more engaging, cohesive and productive team.

As a storyteller, I am always inspired by people’s stories and I really enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and understand their ideas, motivations.
